This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from acquiring the petitioner's land in Survey No.102/2, Sillanatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District, to an extent of 4 Acres 16 cents, for laying the pipe line without following the due process of law.

2.Today(29.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
