PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) Nos.71 of 2023:- To set aside the judgement and conviction imposed against the appellants/accused Nos.1, 2 and 3 by Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar District in S.C.No.74 of 2016 dated 21.12.2022 in so far as against the Appellant/Accused Nos.1, 2 and 3 herein.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1157 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.71 of 2023, dated 20.02.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
