This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.9 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 and file final report.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case. Based on his complaint, a case in Cr.No.9 of 2022 has been registered by the 2nd respondent. However, the 2nd respondent has not filed final report till date. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they have registered a case in Cr.No. 9 of 2022 and the matter is under investigation. Since so many revenue records involved in this case, they could not complete the trial within the stipulated period. However, they will complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to 2/4
