ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The detenue by name D.Logeswari @ Afzana appeared before us.

2.According to the detenue, she married the petitioner and is presently residing with him. The detenue also filed an affidavit to that effect. The detenue is aged about 23 years. She is set at liberty.

3.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
