This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police harassed the petitioner by preventing him from entering into the village to see his family members. Therefore, he has sent a representation but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has 9 previous cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy. In order to watch the movement of the petitioner, they have followed the petitioner. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.
4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the respondent police has denied the alleged harassment and they have only watched the movement of the petitioner, based on his previous 2/4
antecedents and they have not harassed the petitioner, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
