*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a mention today that the police have secured the detenu and produced her before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, therefore, wanted the matter to be taken up for hearing today. above effect.

2. The detenu informed us that her mother verbally assaulted her for securing less marks in the examination. She, therefore, left the residence and started residing with her grandmother at Sivakiri. She is now prepared to go with the petitioner and reside with him.

3. The detenu is a minor. She is permitted to go with the petitioner and his wife, who are her biological parents.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
