*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married the third respondent and she has been residing with him. The detenu further informed that she is not in illegal custody.
2. We have examined the petitioner also, who appeared as party-in-person.
