PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.322 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and transfer the same to the Respondent No.4 for completing investigation, in accordance with law and within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.322 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the fourth respondent for completing investigation, in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.322 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.297 of 2021 and as of now no investigation is pending on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9965 of 2021 of the third respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
