ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to give electricity service connection to the petitioner's house comprised in S.F.No.206/2 of Mathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, at once.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, It is brought to the notice of this Court that service connection has been ordered for a similarly placed person.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to grant electricity service connection to the petition mentioned property in the same lines as the similary placed person was granted the service connection. No costs.
