ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2021, wherein, the petitioner has filed an objection to the effect that the trust deed presented for registration by the respondents 2 to 4 should not be registered.

3. There is a dispute as among the Trustees of the Trust and this dispute will have to be agitated only before a competent Civil Court. If the petitioner has a grievance that the respondents 2 to 4 are attempting to register the trust deed illegally, the petitioner has to only move a competent Civil Court and get an appropriate order. A Writ Petition of this nature can never be entertained by this Court.

4. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
