ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4141 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025.

2. Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the

petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions for nearly 13 days.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4141 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner s are directed to appear before the respondent-Police weekly once (i.e., on Sunday )at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
