3.Navamani : Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife namely Priyanga, aged about 22 years, daughter of Gunasekaran, who is under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenu before us. 2.The detenu informed us that she is not in illegal custody. She wanted to go with her biological mother, who is the third respondent herein.
