ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to change the account which now stands in the name of Victory College of Education to the name of the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner on 17.06.2021.
2. Heard Mr.C.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. In the considered view of this Court, a Writ Petition of this nature can never be maintained. The petitioner is seeking for changing the account which stands in the name of an Institution to the name of the petitioner. There is no public duty involved in this process and Writ Petitions of this nature cannot be entertained on such flimsy claims made by a person. There seems to be some dispute among the Trustees of the concerned College and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.11724 of 2021 it has to be agitated only before the appropriate Civil Court and directions will have to be sought for from the competent Civil Court. In any event, the Writ Petition is not maintainable and this Court does not find any merits in the Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
