RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No. 5944 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.JEYARAM SIDHARTH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5944 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of eight weeks. Due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation and sudden ill health of the 1st petitioner, the petitioners are not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5944 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
