2126/2017:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to ascertain the physical feature of the quarrying site in S.No.3/2, Therpokki Village, Ramanathapuram District and to find out the violation and illegalities committed by the 5th respondent to ascertain whether sand mining is carrying out by the 5th respondent and to ascertain the property situated in the costal regulation zone, to ascertain whether it is adjacent to river and pond.
