ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the respondents 1 and 3 forthwith to take necessary action on the petitioners complaint dated 02.07.2021 under the criminal law by conducting an effective investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court. 1/3

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.29 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, against one Lingam.

3.Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
