ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.23of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to some other officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the case in Cr.No.23 of 2024 has already been investigated and the same was closed as mistake of fact. 3.In view of the above, the third respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of RCS notice to the petitioner enabling him to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Accordingly, 2/4

this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner shall file a protest petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if so advised.
