Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4802 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4439 of 2022 on 18.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6479 of 2022 modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
