2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6. 3.Since the 1st respondent / District Collector, Trichy, being Inspector of Panchayat is empowered to decide the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.02.2023, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 and decide the same, after giving an opportunity of being heard both the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
