*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Inspector of Police, Thuraiyur Police Station produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she is not in illegal detention. The petitioner and his wife also appeared before us. The detenu wanted to go with her parents. The detenu is handed over to the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father.

2. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
