ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 448 I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.31 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.This Court dismissed the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition on 09.07.2018. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
