The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he should deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] to the credit of St.Marys Old-age Home, Old Hospital Road, Cuddalore-1, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
