ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, K.K.Nagar, Madurai, filed a status report indicating that pursuant to the complaint preferred by the parents of the minor, the police registered a case in Cr.No.207 of 2016 against the detenu. He wasarrested by the police on 01.07.2016 and thereafter, he was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate. He is now in judicial custody pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2. In view of the subsequent events relating to the arrest of the detenu and the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
