2014 dated 04.08.2017 and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders re-fixing the petitioners pay and terminal benefits and further to pay the difference amount in wages and difference amount in terminal benefits within a time based on the petitioners representation dated 12.02.2020.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is working as Driver in the respondent corporation. The bus driven by him was involved in a fatal accident. The petitioner was departmentally dealt with and punishment was imposed on him by the second respondent. The petitioner claims to have obtained honourable acquittal in the criminal prosecution. In the light of the said development, the petitioner wants the punishment to be 2/4

reconsidered and reviewed. The petitioner has given a representation before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
