*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu submitted that she eloped with the third respondent and married him.

2. We have heard the petitioner, who is the biological father of the minor. The minor is prepared to go with the petitioner.
