2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that there is no proposal to open the TASMAC shop in the place as apprehended by the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel also relied upon the communication sent by the fifth respondent to him dated 06.10.2018, in this regard.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
