Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in Cr.M.P.No.18/GOONDA/2016, dated 31.05.2016 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the detenu namely Mabiya Vinoth @ Maheshkumar, son of Vijayakumar, aged about 24 years detained in Madurai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. (Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order, in G.O.Rt.No.3034, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 06.07.2016 revoking the detention, by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the order, dated 06.07.2016, passed by the Advisory Board revoking the detention, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
