RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed Crl.M.P(MD) No. 4772 of 2022 dt 15/03/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 18311 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4772 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18311 of 2021 on 13.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6460 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4772 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18311 of 2021 on 13.04.2022 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
