ORDER

Seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.6050 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to investigate and file a report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The first respondent is present before this Court and stated that continuation of the complaint given by the petitioner and the counter parties. The second respondent psychiatrists also appeared before him and given a statement. Now, enquiry is pending because of nature of allegation that has been made.

3. It appears that the complaint is with regard to the medical negligence. It is to be properly enquired by the 1st respondent by following the proper procedure. The above said enquiry to be completed within a a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
