PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.292 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 herein were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 341,294(b),368,395,324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
2. There are totally five accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A5. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a business man and on the date of occurrence when he was driving a two wheeler all the accused persons waylaid him and also attacked him and stolen Rs. 5200/- from his pocket. So far as this petitioner is concerned he also present in the scene of occurrence and he also tried to attack the defacto complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the above case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that on the date of occurrence when the defacto complainant was driving a two wheeler all the accused persons waylaid him and also attacked him and stolen Rs. 5200/- from his pocket and the investigation is at the initial stage.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is at the initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
