ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 770 of 2021 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or to any other investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report.
