ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in CP No.251 of 2021 was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the private respondents also appeared and it was closed on the ground that since a decree has been granted infavour of the petitioner, the private respondents have no right to enter into the property of the petitioner and it was closed on 09.06.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9308 of 2021 of the above said complaint by Kattuputhur police station, again the private respondents have given another complaint before the second respondent herein, who is the Inspector of Police, Thottiam Police Station, based on which, harassment has been made. 4.Since the earlier complaint has been closed by the third respondent and filing another complaint on the very same subject by the private respondents, that too before another jurisdiction police station is not proper on their side. Let a copy of the closure report in CP No.251 of 2021 shall be received by the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the present complaint given by the private respondents may be closed.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
