(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenue by name Manimehalai @ Menaka, before us.

2.According to the detenue, she is not in illegal custody. The detenue is a minor. She wanted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father. The detenue is permitted to go with her father.
