WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by M/s.Neeranjan S.Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner praying this court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent vide order in H.S.Confdl.No.32 of 2016 dated 19.03.2016 and to produce the body of the detenue viz.Arulraj @ aruna aged about 24 years, son of Sankarasubbu, who is presently detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.
