Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenue namely Bavani aged 19 years, wife of Chiranjeevi, before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. According to the detenue, she is not in illegal custody.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner is called absent.

3. The respondents 4 and 5, the parents of the detenue are present. The detenue wanted to go with her parents. She is a major. The detenue is set at liberty.

4. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
