O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in respect of Crime No.480 of 2017 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.480 of 2017 under Section 379 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
