Prayer:To Stay all further proceedings of the impugned order i.e. the common order dated 28.06.2023 in a joint trial conducted in MCOP No.134/2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Honourable Special District Court (MACT), Madurai till the disposal of this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and pass such other or further order as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper and thus render justice.
