O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Inspector of Police, Pattukottai Town Police Station, produced the detenu, by name, Sangeetha before us from Sakthi Vediyal Home, Madurai, pursuant to the request made by the petitioner that the detenu is prepared to go with him.

2. The detenu informed us that she wanted to stay with the petitioner and continue her education.

3. In view of the said submission, we consider it deem and fit to send the detenu with the petitioner.

4. The detenu is handed over to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. We direct the Chair Person, Sakthi Vediyal Home, Muthupatti, Alagappan Nagar, Madurai, to make necessary entries in the register with regard to the factum of handing over the minor to the petitioner.

6. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
