O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2019.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.03.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation in Crime No.654 of 2017 was closed as 'mistake of fact' and thereupon, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
WP.(MD)No.11029 of 2019 the petitioner has filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.190 of 2019. Later, the above said private complaint filed by the petitioner against the fifth respondent was forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, it was closed. Enquiry report was also submitted to the first respondent herein. On that basis, no further action has been taken by the fourth respondent. So, on that ground, the matter was listed 'for dismissal' on 24.03.2022. On that date, the learned counsel for the petitioner was required to get a copy of the Closure Report from the office of the learned Public Prosecutor.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has received a copy of the Closure Report.
4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. The petitioner shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
