PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.163 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 307 IPC, in Crime No.163 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the son-in-law of the deceased Bommaiyan and the petitioner is the son of the deceased. Due to civil dispute between the petitioner and his father Bommaiyan, the petitioner assaulted the deceased on his head and shoulder. Therefore, the deceased was admitted in the hospital for taking treatment and subsequently, he died after six days. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.10136 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent has strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner since the investigation is in early stage.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the facts that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 23.04.2022 and that the investigation is in early stage as stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
