Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for entire records, connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in C.M.P.No.25/2015, dated 31.12.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Elango, son of Valamuthu, aged about 20 years detained in Borstal School, Pudukottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to detention

order passed in C.M.P.No.25/2015, dated 31.12.2015 by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as second respondent herein, against the detenu by name Elango, son of Valamuthu and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that as per G.O.Rt.No.904 dated 29.02.2016, the detention order in question has been revoked and to that effect, a copy of the said G.O has been filed.

3. Considering the fact that the detention order in question has already been revoked, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
