When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the Order dated 14.09.2007 issued by the first respondent, if so advised and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs.
