[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.K.Arunraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the third respondent from re-opening the enquiry/rehttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.11767 of 2021 verification pertaining to the Communication of the first respondent vide his letter in No.823/CVIII/2009 dated 02.09.2016 to the permanent community certificate of petitioner's husband namely Late Balu consequently to direct the respondents to close petitioner's husband's community certificate genuineness enquiry based on my representation dated 05.07.2021.
3. The prayer sought for cannot be granted. In the event, if there is any notice issued to the petitioner, it is always open to the petitioner to sustain her communal status as well as the communal status of her husband.
4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
