ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 379 (Sand Theft) I.P.C. in Crime No.148 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking note of the fact that only a small quantity of sand is involved in this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
