ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Eraniel to expedite trial and dispose the C.C.No.182 of 2018 the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court the personal appearance of the accused persons in CC No.182 of 2018 is dispensed with.

3.Considering the pendency of the case from the year 2018, the learned Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Eraniel to complete the trial process in C.C.No.182 of 2018, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
