To set aside the award and decree made in MCOP.No.2 of 2020 dated 24-01-2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Sub Court, Manamadurai.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the CMA., the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.2 of 2020, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Sub Court, Manamadurai, within a period of four weeks from the date of this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
