This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the representation / complaint made by the petitioner on 06.06.2021 and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that there is already a dispute among the members of the family with regard to the share in the subject property and a suit is pending in O.S.No.92 of 2021 before the IV Additional District Court, Madurai, claiming for the relief of partition. While so, some of the co-sharers have registered a document on the file of the fourth respondent by impersonating the petitioner and by forging his signature.
3. The petitioner made a complaint in this regard to the third respondent on 06.06.2021. Since the same was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been field before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
4. Heard Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.06.2021 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the rival parties concerned and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
