2. Objection was raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to the effect that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 15 days. In the mean time, 11 days he was absconded. CRL MP(MD) No.6517 of 2022 3.In view of the objection made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I find no merit in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply the condition passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3770 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 strictly.
