Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner is sought for a direction to 5th and 6th respondents to give adequate police protection for vaikasi festival to be conducted between 07.06.2015 and 14.06.2015 at Survey No.318/6, Patta No.728, Sivarakottai, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, submits that there is a dispute between two groups. He further submits that the earlier order passed by the District Revenue Officer in Na.Ka.No.32042/2011/G2 dated 07.07.2013 has already been challenged before this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14191 of 2013 is pending. In the meantime, peace committee meeting was held on 06.06.2015 in which both the parties agreed that the deity can be brought to a common place. They were also agreed that the said agreement would continue till the dispose of the pending case.

4. As against the agreement the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. Therefore this writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider that the resolution of the peace committee meeting held on 06.06.2015 is followed by both the parties.
