Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.07.2025 vide proceedings Ni.Mu.No. 1413/2024/A4 in the revenue records pertaining to S.No.117/3C which is subdivided into S.Nos.117/3C1A, S.No.117/3C1B and S.No.117/3C1C.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.07.2025 vide proceedings Ni.Mu.No.1413/2024/A4 in the revenue records pertaining to S.No.117/3C which is subdivided into S.Nos.117/3C1A, S.No. 117/3C1B and S.No.117/3C1C.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there are several other litigations between the parties. Originally one, Vairathevar was the owner of the property. The 4th respondent is the wife of Vairathevar. However, it is seen that the 4th respondent who is the wife of Vairathevar has appointed one Kasi as power agent who plotted the lands and sold the same. The said fact is recorded. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
